Recommendations

For the excursions is recommended to carry a backpack of 25 lts and several layers of clothing (Capilene, Fleeze, Polar), trousers convertible, windbreak.

San Pedro de Atacama is located in the Chilean highlands and many of its excursions exceed 4,000 meters above sea level (msnm). This can cause discomfort such as nausea and severe headaches. For this we recommend taking lots of water and keeping the body hydrated. The first day rest to acclimatize with the height and thus avoid the puna.

  • Daily: Two half-day guided excursions or one full-day excursion, in small groups with other guests.
  • Use of spa facilities, pools, sauna, and jacuzzi (massages, therapies, and treatments are available at an additional cost).
  • Transfers at scheduled times, in shared vehicles. Private transfers or transfers outside our scheduled times are available at an additional cost.

  • The additional person rate applies only for passengers aged 10 to 17, sharing a room with two adults, in a rollaway bed. *Maximum 1 extra person in the room types listed below.

Cancellation or Modification Conditions:

Any cancellation/modification of a reservation must be made in writing.
The following are the cancellation penalties according to the cutoff time:

  • Cancellations up to 91 days before arrival will incur a penalty of USD 150 for administration fees.
  • Cancellations/modifications between 90-61 days before arrival will incur a charge of 20% of the total reservation value.
  • Cancellations/modifications between 60-31 days before arrival will incur a charge of 30% of the total reservation value.
  • Cancellations/modifications between 30-0 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation value.
